How do I book a consultation?

To schedule a consultation with Dr September, please contact our practice manager at 021 532 1703 or email practicemanager@drseptember.co.za. You can also use the contact form on our website to request an appointment. Our team will respond promptly to arrange a convenient time for your consultation

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your consultation at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred appointment time. However times may vary, depending on availability. If you have an urgent concern or limited availability, please let our practice manager know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What should I expect at my first consultation?

During your initial consultation, Dr September will discuss your concerns, goals, and medical history in detail. He will conduct a thorough examination and explain the most appropriate treatment options for your situation. You’ll receive comprehensive information about the recommended procedure, including what to expect, potential risks, and recovery timeline.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances change and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please contact our practice manager at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

What are the risks and possible complications?
