Dr Gareth September is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in Pinelands, Cape Town.

His special interests include microvascular free tissue transfers with application in the head, neck and breast reconstruction; skin malignancies; upper and lower limb reconstruction; urogenital surgery (for both reconstructive and aesthetic purposes); and cosmetic surgery for face and body. He also offers non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including fillers and Botox procedures. The practice is located at the Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital in Pinelands, and boasts high quality facilities and innovative technology.

DR GARETH SEPTEMBER

Dr Gareth September has been a sessional consultant at Tygerberg Hospital since 2016, leading major head and neck reconstructions in close collaboration with the ENT department. He trained under Prof Frank Graewe, assisting with breast reconstructions from 2016 to 2017, and continues to work with him on DIEP flap cases. He gained further experience assisting Dr Ottie van Zyl with complex microvascular reconstructions for the head, neck, and lower limb, and has also worked at Renaissance Clinic.Dr September is a proud member of APRASSA (Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons of Southern Africa).
